Processing Time:
Orders are processed within 5 business days. Custom orders may take a bit longer, but I’ll do my best to create your much-awaited piece as soon as possible. You’ll get an email once your order ships.

Shipping Methods & Rates:
We offer Standard and Express Shipping options for both Domestic and International orders. 

Shipping Costs:
Shipping fees depend on your order weight and location. You’ll see the exact cost at checkout.

Tracking:
You’ll receive a tracking number once your order ships, and all orders require a signature upon delivery.

Delays:
Please note, delivery may be delayed due to weather, customs, carrier issues or any public holidays and we kindly thank you for your patience.

Missing Items:
In the rare case of a missing item, refunds will only be processed upon official confirmation from the postal service.

Unfortunately, all international orders are not eligible for refunds, as I am a small business. I hope you understand and kindly ask that you check your order carefully before completing your purchase.
