1. What metals do you use in your jewelry?
We use a mix of beautiful, high-quality metals to give each piece its own charm:
- Brass & Bronze: Providing vintage-inspired warmth and character.
- Gold Plated: A thin layer of gold over base metals for a beautiful, affordable finish.
- Copper: A durable, reddish-brown metal that develops a charming patina over time (can be polished for a bright shine).
- Nickel-Free Pewter: A hypoallergenic option, perfect for sensitive skin.

2. Are your charms and findings vintage?
The store carries many vintage pieces from around the world, marked with a (v) in their description.
These pieces are limited, and the collection will continue to evolve as I source unique and beautiful charms.
Each charm is carefully selected, adding a touch of history and character to your collection.
Unfortunately, due to the rare nature of some of the vintage pieces, I cannot guarantee I will be able to restock them. Once they're gone, they're gone.
3. Are your materials hypoallergenic?
I care deeply about the comfort of my customers. Many of the pieces you will see in my store are made from hypoallergenic metals.
However, due to the vintage nature of some of the pieces, the exact components of it are unknown.
4. Do you offer any pieces in solid gold?
The store does not carry real gold pieces for now.

5. Do you use any recycled materials?
I am committed to sustainability. Many of the pieces are created using recycled metals from old jewelry,
carefully repurposed to breathe new life into timeless designs. By using recycled materials, we reduce waste
and contribute to a more eco-friendly future, while still offering you high-quality, beautifully crafted jewelry.
6. What type of gemstones do you use?
I use a variety of gemstones to add color and sparkle to my pieces, including amethyst, moonstone, turquoise, garnet, freshwater pearls,
vintage Austrian rhinestones, cubic zirconias, glass pearls, and Swarovski crystals. Each one is carefully chosen for its beauty and quality.
7. How do I take care of my jewelry?
It is important to take care of your jewelry, to make them last. To help you out,

8. How long does it take to ship my order?
Orders are processed within5 business days. Custom orders may take a bit longer,
but I'll work extra hard to get your much-awaited piece ready as soon as possible.
You'll receive an email as soon as your order ships.
9. Can I return an item?
If your item is faulty, I’m happy to assist with a return. Unfortunately, I’m unable to accept returns due to change of mind.
