I want you to love your purchase! If your item is faulty, I’m happy to assist with a return. However, returns due to a change of mind are not accepted. Please ensure to read the product descriptions carefully before purchasing. 

Damaged or Broken Items:
All items are handmade with care. If your item is damaged during shipping, please email me within 7 days of delivery with photos. I will work to resolve the issue by repairing or replacing the item.

Rest assured that all orders are carefully checked before they leave the store to ensure they meet our quality standards.

How to Return an Item:

Step	Instructions
1. Check Eligibility	Returns are accepted within 7 days if the item is unworn, in original condition, and in its packaging.
2. Contact Us	Email isadore@prettylittletrinkets.com.au with your order number and reason for return. I will provide return instructions.
3. Prepare the Return	Pack the item securely in its original packaging. Include your order number and any documents I provided.
4. Ship the Return	Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility for both domestic and international returns. Please use a trackable shipping service.
5. Return Processing	Once I receive the return, I will inspect it. You will get a notification once your return is processed.
